My name is Dr. Jonathan Maszak and I started my practice in 2004 with a single purpose in mind: to help the beautiful people of the Mackay region learn what it means to be truly healthy and give them a roadmap to help get them there.
You see, the most important thing I can tell you about people who have good health, is that they didn’t get that way by being lucky. Having good health is all about developing good habits. If you are currently suffering from a chronically bad back or indigestion or headaches that last for days and days, then you are doing or have done something in the past to cause it. And if you want to get well and give yourself a chance at a more complete and active life, then it is time for you take the first step.
Our office has a very simple concept of health that anyone can follow. It is a philosophy that has transformed me from an overweight, unhappy, twenty-three year old man, suffering through three bouts of kidney stones, to a physically fit athlete at my peak conditioning and health. At age 35, I feel, look, and think stronger than I ever have, and I owe it all to the concepts and ideals that I learned in chiropractic school.
I have applied these ideals to our office manifesto, which is very simply:
Move Well/ Eat Well/ Think Well

When I am not coaching people on how to achieve these beautiful results, I play in basketball league, lift weights, experience yoga and love to golf.
