Your Second Visit to Our Mackay Practice

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.

After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings and any X-Rays that may have been taken, we’ll make recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health.

We call this the Report of Findings which is usually attended the next day or as close as possible after the first visit.

Your second visit will focus on your understanding of what is happening in your body. Toward that end, you will view a short video about how your nervous system works and how chiropractic can keep you functioning at the highest possible level.

After giving you their best recommendation for achieving your health goals, Dr. Jonathan or Dr Pier will explain the fees and duration of care. We pride ourselves on offering the highest level of chiropractic care at the most affordable price in the region.

Dr. Jonathan or Dr Pier will explain how your specific corrective plan works. Our plans always include a comprehensive regime of exercises, adjustments and stretching.

All of this will be explained to you in detail, so there will be no surprises.

This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:

  • Reduces the length of your first visit
  • Gives us time to correlate our findings
  • Avoids overloading you with too much information

We seek to answer all of your questions and concerns and to provide with health care solutions that work for you!

Can babies with colic be helped with chiropractic?
It's probably one of the times a parent feels the most helpless. But based on the research, chiropractic and colic relief appear to go hand in glove. With success rates in the mid-90% range, more and more Mackay parents are seeing a chiropractor. If you have a baby with colic learn how chiropractic may help.
What causes subluxations?
Chiropractors acknowledge three types of stress: physical, chemical and emotional. When the adaptive capacity of your body is compromised, weakened areas along the spine can become involved. Muscles tighten, spinal joints lock up and nearby nerves are affected. The purpose of chiropractic care is to find these areas and restore balance, alignment and motion.
